Event Rules and Guidelines



10K applicants must be 15 years or older on the date of the race, i.e. born on or before February 16, 2010. 4K Flamingo Run applicants must be 10 years or older on the date of the race, i.e. born on or before February 16, 2015

Only one applicant can apply for the event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Applicants must submit their entries only via online and offline application Modes. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the Event.

Elite Athletes: Participation in the Elite Category of the SFC Global 10K is open only to international and national elite athletes. To qualify in this race category, please write to [email protected] before 15th January 2025, along with your latest official timing certificate (for races conducted between 1 st January, 2023 to 31 st December, 2024). Entry into this race category is subject to elite qualification criteria as set out by the Event Manager, Aryanz Sports. Only those athletes who qualify as Elite Athletes and are invited by the Event Managers will be eligible for the Prize Money allocated for the International and Indian Elite Field.

Group/Corporate Applications: Group/Corporate entries will be accepted for the Open 10K Run and the 4K Flamingo Run. There has to be a minimum of 25 individual entries across these race categories to qualify as a group.


A. Online Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the Open 10K and the 4K Flamingo Run.

1. Representative/Point of contact of the group/corporate (PoC) to email the request to [email protected] with the number of registrations required and the group name and race categories.

2. Post receiving the group/corporate group registration request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members. On making online payments, PoC has to share the online payment receipt via email to [email protected] with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes.

3. On receiving the payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent to the PoC’s email address.

4. The SFC Global10K registration team will email PoC the unique codes to get the individual team members registered online and be a part of the group.

5. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register, using the online codes issued to them.

Coupon Code is only for Group/Corporate Registration.

Before sending in your application, please check the following -

a. Filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with '*' in the application form;

b. Attached a copy of your latest colour passport-sized photograph on the form;

c. Attached a copy of your Govt. issued Photo ID proof, i.e. either Passport, Driving license, Election Card or Aadhaar card. Please attach

d. Enclosed the requisite application fees.

e. Signed the 'waiver' in the application form.

f. Applicant meets the minimum age eligibility criteria for the chosen race category. Underage participants will be pulled off the course by race marshals.

Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatories, the application will be rejected.

Participants will be segregated into corals according to their timing.

A valid email id is mandatory for all timed race participants.

Email confirmations will be sent to all the participants who have given their valid email id in the application form.

Cancellation requests and, thereby, refunds will not be entertained.

Once a T-shirt size is selected, no request for a change in size will be entertained.

Please note that 4K Flamingo Run participants will not be eligible for a medal but only a t-shirt and refreshments, as it is not a timed race but a fun run.

Confirmed participants will not be given their running bibs on the race day.

The confirmed participant's identity and proof of residence may be verified by a verification agency hired to validate the details provided by you in the form.

Participant's race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants are found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, or is being paced and assisted, the participant registered for that BIB will be disqualified from the race.

This application form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form are at the sole discretion of the Event Manager Aryanz Sports PR and Event and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.

Any age category needs a minimum of 15 participants to be run. If the age category does not receive 15 participants, it will be scrapped and the participants will be shifted to the nearest age category.

Please note that runners who have not registered for the race will be pulled off the course by race marshals, and their images will be visually screened and put up on social media platforms.

Bibs will be scanned at the entrance to the holding area. Participants with duplicate bibs will not be allowed into the holding area.
