Event Rules and Guidelines

10K applicants must be 15 years or older on the date of the race, i.e. born on or before February 16th, 2010. Fun run applicants must be 10 years or older on the date of the race, i.e. born on or before 16th December, 2015

Only one applicant can apply for the event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Applicants must submit their entries only via online and offline application Modes. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the Event.

GROUP ENTRIES will be accepted for all the race categories. i.e. 10K Run and the Fun Run. GROUP ENTRIES of 50 and more participants, will be accepted for all the race categories. i.e. 10K Run and the Fun Run. Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatories, the application will be rejected.

On entry confirmation, the 10K Run will be further classified into age categories for prize money. For more information log on to the event website www.sfcgobal10k.com

Participants will be segregated into corals according to their timing.

Valid email id is mandatory for all timed race participants.

Email confirmations will be sent to all the participants who have given their valid email id in the application form.

Requests for cancellation and, thereby, refund will not be entertained.

Once a T-shirt size is selected, no request for change in sizes will be entertained.

Please note that Fun Run participants will not be eligible for a medal but only a t- shirt and refreshments, as it is not a timed race but a fun run. Confirmed participants will not be given their running bibs on the race day.

Confirmed participant's identity and proof of residence may be verified by a verification agency hired for validating the details provided by you in the form.

Participant's race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants are found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, or is being paced and assisted, the participant registered for that BIB will be disqualified from the race.

This application form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form is at the sole discretion of the Event Promoters SFC and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.

Any age category needs a minimum of 15 participants to be run. If the age category does not receive 15 participants, it will be scrapped and the participants will be shifted to the nearest age category.

Please note that runners who have not registered for the race will be pulled off the course by race marshals, and their images will be visually screened and put up on social media platforms.

Bibs will be scanned at the entrance to the holding area. Participants with duplicate bibs will not be allowed into the holding area.

Only those athletes who qualify as Elite Athletes and are invited by the Event Managers will be eligible for the Prize Money allocated for the International and Indian Elite Field.
