The fee for the 10K is Rs 1200 (Exclusive of GST and Convenience fees) and for the Fun Run is Rs 500 (Exclusive of GST and Convenience fees)

If you have registered online through our event website the entry confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as you register for the races, while the bib number will be sent to you before 30 th January 2025 on the registered e-mail ID provided by you at the time of registration. Confirmation SMS with the BIB No will be sent to the participants 8 days prior to the Expo.

Any changes regarding the Name, D.O.B, age, gender and email address can be done provided you send an e-mail to [email protected] intimating about the necessary changes and it matches with your ID proof.

We cannot provide any refund against cancellation so be careful while planning for the race.

You will be given a running bib with a timing chip and an event T-Shirt at the time of BIB distribution. Fun Run participants will not be eligible for a medal but will be given an event T-shirt, as it is not a timed race but a fun run.

Yes, you can send your friend/colleague/family member to collect your timing chip & BIB in case of unavoidable circumstances. However, the representative has to produce the following:

• A printed copy of this email confirmation
• If using a smartphone, the email confirmation or SMS forwarded by the participant.
• Photocopy of your (the participant) photographic proof of identity, i.e.: your Aadhar card, Passport, Driving license, Voter's Identity Card or PAN card. It also can be shown on the Smartphone.
• Photographic proof of identity of your representative visiting the registration counters on Your behalf, i.e. his/her Aadhar card, Passport, Driving license, Voter's Identity Card or PAN card.

No. Bibs will be not given on the race day.

The timings of the races will be put up closer to Race Date.

We will have Toilets, Changing rooms for Men /Women and Baggage counters at the holding area for the convenience of the participants.

All finishers will get a Finisher's Medal and refreshments after finishing the race.

The Certificates and Photographs will be made available on the website within 48 hours of race day.
